Reports - How to complete a Report

Reports may be completed through the mobile application on any tablet/phone, or on a desktop computer. 

To create a new report on the mobile app or tablet:

  1. Login and tap on New Reports
  2. Select the report in the list you wish to fill out. Once complete, scroll to the bottom and click Save
  3. You will be returned to the list of reports, you may proceed with completing another form. If you are finished, click the back icon in the top left-hand side of the screen. 
  4. You will notice the Pending Reports button will now display a number in the top corner. Tap on the button.
  5. If you wish to make any changes to the report, click on the pencil icon. Otherwise, click Submit. 
  6. Congratulations, your report has been submitted for approval!
  7. If you are a manager, you may now login to the manager's dashboard to review and approve the submission.

TIP: If you receive an error, ensure you have a WIFI or Internet Connection.
