Reports may be completed through the mobile application on any tablet/phone, or on a desktop computer.
To create a new report on the mobile app or tablet:
- Login and tap on New Reports
- Select the report in the list you wish to fill out. Once complete, scroll to the bottom and click Save
- You will be returned to the list of reports, you may proceed with completing another form. If you are finished, click the back icon in the top left-hand side of the screen.
- You will notice the Pending Reports button will now display a number in the top corner. Tap on the button.
- If you wish to make any changes to the report, click on the pencil icon. Otherwise, click Submit.
- Congratulations, your report has been submitted for approval!
- If you are a manager, you may now login to the manager's dashboard to review and approve the submission.
TIP: If you receive an error, ensure you have a WIFI or Internet Connection.
